The term for services provided is for a period of 12 months. At the end of the contract period, the contract will renew on a one month basis until cancelled. This contract may be terminated, after the contract term, by either party, upon one month prior written notice to the other party. An email notice by one party will suffice. One single month of service will only be accepted if written cancellation is provided at the date of sign up.
